But, in addition to food, sometimes we're hungry for something else.
This year, I'm hungry for simplicity. So, I'll be cleaning out old stuff, old habits, and making sure I don't over-commit myself.
But, I'm still thinking about food. And if you are too, there's a place in Pittsfield, Vermont that would love to challenge you!
On a more serious note, I'd like to ask, how are you feeding yourself? What kind of "food" are you giving to your body, your mind, your spirit? Is it good food that contributes to health and growth? Or is it impulsive junk food? And are you over-indulging?

That Pittsfield challenge is obscene! Who can eat that much in one sitting??!! Anyway, hurray for 16 lbs lost. You look wonderful! And hurray for simplifying! You know I love that. 2012 is going to be a much better year. I can feel it. :)
